Object and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern the access to and use of the website operated by Alliance Contact Solutions (hereinafter "the Site"), as well as the informational content, services, and contact forms available therein.
Access to the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of all provisions contained in these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment the user first accesses the Site.
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The user is responsible for periodically reviewing these Terms to stay informed of any changes.
Permitted Use of the Website
The Site is intended exclusively for informational and commercial purposes related to the BPO and contact center services offered by Alliance Contact Solutions. Users agree to use the Site in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner.
The following are expressly prohibited:

Intellectual Property
All content available on the Site — including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, corporate identity, software, service names, and structural design — is the exclusive property of Alliance Contact Solutions or its licensed content providers, and is protected under Colombian and international intellectual property laws, including Law 23 of 1982 and Decision 351 of the Andean Community.
The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation, or any other form of use of the Site's content for commercial or public purposes is strictly prohibited without the prior express written consent of Alliance Contact Solutions.
The trademarks, trade names, and distinctive signs displayed on the Site are the property of Alliance Contact Solutions or third parties that have authorized their use. Their use without authorization constitutes a violation of applicable intellectual property regulations.
Note: Any legitimate use request must be submitted in writing to info@alliancecontactsolutions.com. Unauthorized use may result in legal action under Colombian Law 23 of 1982 and applicable international treaties.
Limitation of Liability
Alliance Contact Solutions makes reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. However, the Company does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of the content, and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
- Access to or use of the Site or its content.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information published.

International Operations
Alliance Contact Solutions provides BPO and contact center services to clients in Colombia and internationally, including the United States. The following regulatory considerations apply to the use of the Site and our services:
Colombian Regulatory Framework:
- Personal data collected through the Site is processed in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Personal Data Protection) and Regulatory Decree 1377 of 2013.
- Our operations comply with the Colombian Commercial Code (Decree 410 of 1971) and applicable labor regulations.
- Our information security practices are aligned with ISO/IEC 27001 standards and internal controls established under Colombian law.
United States Regulatory Considerations:
- For services provided to U.S.-based clients, we apply relevant federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
- Our operations involving U.S. consumer data comply with applicable privacy standards, including California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) guidelines where applicable.
- Cross-border data transfers are conducted in compliance with applicable international data transfer frameworks and contractual safeguards.
Modifications to Terms
Alliance Contact Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior individual notice to users.
Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. The date of the last update will be indicated at the top of this document. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. In the event of significant changes affecting user rights, the Company will make reasonable efforts to communicate these through visible notices on the Site.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the services offered by Alliance Contact Solutions shall be resolved through the following process:
- Direct Settlement: The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of written notification of the dispute.
- Conciliation: If direct settlement is not achieved, the parties may submit the dispute to a certified conciliation center in Barranquilla, Colombia.
- Competent Courts: In the absence of agreement, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the city of Barranquilla, Atlántico, Colombia, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of domicile.
For matters involving international clients, the parties may agree in writing on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including international arbitration under applicable procedural rules, prior to the initiation of judicial proceedings.
